Registration fees*
Registration fees for participants to Odysseus 2027 are:
- €680 (for early registration)
- €830 (for late registration)
and include:
- Welcome reception
- Conference bag and attendance to the scientific program
- Lunches and coffee breaks
- Gala dinner
- Excursion
Registration fees for accompanying guests are:
- €360 (for early registration)
- €460 (for late registration)
and include:
- Welcome reception
- Lunches
- Gala dinner
- Excursion
*The fees listed above are based on current estimates and may be slightly adjusted. Final registration rates will be confirmed and fixed once a more accurate cost assessment is available, expected approximately 18 months prior to the workshop.
Registration Policy, Cancellations & Refunds
Please note that all participants must be registered for the conference and that each participant can deliver at most one (1) presentation. Therefore, there must be a distinct participant registration counting against each presentation (accompanying person registration does not count for that requirement). Note that, while a speaker may present only a single paper during the conference, they can be a co-author in several papers.
For each accepted extended abstract, at least one of the authors must have registered for the workshop by May 1, 2027 for the abstract to appear in the official program.

Full refunds less a €65 cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received before March 25, 2027. After this date, there can be no refunds.
